At KIVOQ, we are committed to delivering premium quality technology accessories. This Warranty Policy explains the coverage, duration, and process for claiming warranty on KIVOQ products.
1. Warranty Provider
This Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty is provided by:

This warranty applies to all genuine KIVOQ branded products, including hardware and embedded firmware supplied with the product.
2. Warranty Coverage
KIVOQ warrants that its products will:
- Be free from manufacturing defects
- Function according to advertised specifications
- Perform reliably under normal usage conditions
This warranty applies only when the product is used according to the instructions provided by KIVOQ.
A product that fails to meet these conditions will be considered a Defective Product.
3. Warranty Period
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase by the original end user or the date of delivery for online purchases.

Customers must report any defect within 2 months of discovering the issue.
4. Warranty Claim Through Seller
Any KIVOQ customer can claim warranty replacement for a non-working product directly from the seller or retailer from whom the product was purchased, during the valid warranty period.
If the product is confirmed to be defective under normal usage, the seller or authorized reseller may provide a replacement as per KIVOQ warranty terms.
Customers must provide:
- Original purchase invoice or receipt
- Product with serial number (if applicable)
- All accessories included in the package (if required)
5. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage caused by misuse or accidents
- Damage caused by improper installation or handling
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear
- Battery degradation due to normal aging
- Products with removed or altered serial numbers
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Damage caused by electrical surges or abnormal stress
The warranty also does not guarantee that the product will operate without interruption or errors, or that systems connected to the product will be completely secure.
6. Resolution of Warranty Claims
If a product is confirmed to be defective under warranty, KIVOQ will at its discretion:
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished equivalent product, or
- Refund the purchase value based on the original invoice.
Any replacement product will continue to be covered under the remaining warranty period.
Once replaced or refunded, the defective product becomes the property of KIVOQ.
7. How to Claim Warranty
Customers may claim warranty through:
1. The Original Seller or Retailer
Return the product with the purchase invoice during the warranty period.
2. KIVOQ Customer Support
Visit the official website and contact support: www.kivoq.com
You may be required to provide:
- Product model
- Serial number
- Purchase receipt
- Date and place of purchase
- Description of the problem
8. Product Return
If required, customers may be asked to send the defective product to a KIVOQ service location. Customers should:
- Backup or remove personal data if applicable
- Pack the product securely for shipment
- Follow the instructions provided by KIVOQ support
Do not dispose of the product unless instructed by KIVOQ.
9. Consumer Rights
This Warranty provides benefits in addition to rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws. Customers may also have rights against the retailer or distributor who sold the product.
